Thank you! :D The story occurs in the year 3039, which according to the timeline would make thedude 40. You bring up good points about his age. However, he'd have to be 14 in PD at the oldest, in order to be in his twenties by the time of SA, which doesn't give much room for him to create such a powerful following and incite a faction war pre PD. I think, since we are dealing with stories happening over such a large span of time, the fact that he is older may be unavoidable. His maturity levels definitely do not seem to match someone going on fifty, though! :P
