The idea of ambition in even the lowliest stromling is very interesting. Â Makes me wonder if writing a story about Maelstrom Mortimer maybe worth writing?

Being the story of a Stromling was one of the kind-of unique aspects of Servant of Darkness. That all stopped after the charries got disinfected. Doing that here adds something interesting to the story and is a good throwback to the original story if I may say so.
Having Cyclone's mind in drone mode for the first half of the story also lets me get away with not showing the details of his environment. xP
