I think Spider Queen is an individual, while here I use the term Spider Boss to refer to a generic type of monster. Although "the Spider Boss" is also an individual so Spider Queens could also be used generically. I guess they're interchangeable.Thus ends the life of Intrepid Fusion Eclipse and the hopes for the dimension with him.

Do you mean Spider Queens?
I thought since there are many Spider Queens in many different properties they are the ones that are plenty, while there's only one Spider Boss. And of course there's *shiver* the Spider King *shiver*.
