I have read Act III, Chapter 1. Was very nice. I love the newly acquired existential crisis in Perry. Goes well with his personality. It's nice seeing Peragrine reflecting on his actions and their consequences and the parallel with the Richardson situation fit well, giving an asnwer to his predicament, but also giving us a bit more on what went on previously.
Also while Perry was moping I kinda had a short flash of a could-have-been of a dramatic version of TFF and onwards where Tain and Perry go on as a sad hard-boiled pair of agents of misfortune lamenting their position, but having to continue. Was not entirely repelled by it, not gonna lie. Even if Perry could never really be like this. Probably.
