Knights of the Olde Speech

Talk:The Adventures of the Peculiar Enchanter: No Path/@comment-29171447-20170731214416/@comment-29171447-20170802212431

"Foolish humans. Why do they have to always fight each other?"

He refers to "foolish humans" as "they" in a way that makes it seem as if he is distinguishing himself as better than those humans because they are foolish and he is not. Of course, I'm sure that those humans do deserve to be called foolish, but the way that Wiz condescends to them because of their foolishness does seem to be a bit of a superiority complex to me. Perhaps I was reading too much into it, however. Nonetheless, I do like Wiz's attitude in the story.

P.S. I also liked the line "The battle raged on around him, but Wiz passed through it as if he was a droid." I found that particularly funny. :P
