During the initial surprise of the attacks of the first days of the war, the Rogues managed to seize a few floors of the Tower and one or two of the spaceships hovering outside it. While the Force was still in mayhem they continued to expand and strengthen their control over it. Consequently, a big part of the Faction War's first phase consisted of the continuous battle between NF and Rogues for the control over the Tower.
