Firstly, Knights Kingdom canon is not KotOS canon. When Perpetual Doom started there were King Matthias, Lord Vladek and Morcia, but it was more of a story based on Knights' Kingdom, as I believe these were mostly the only elements we used from it. Later, Thingguy mentioned the four Knights of KK, but in a part that it'd be impossible for KK to be considered to have happened in that period. Also, Thingguy started using more KK stuff (locations) More later, I wrote Rise of the Traitor. Rise of the Traitor was written to indicate that between it and Perpetual Doom the events of KK occurred (not the third season, of course). However, it was never said that the exact same events occurred in the story. Also, I believe I have stated before that Vladek was finally defeated some years before thedude arrived. He escaped, but was unable to continue attacking Morcia. So, between the end of the KK events and PD there are at least a few years (we don't even know if the whole war is depicted in KK) that are vague. Anything could have happened then. It is perfectly possible and very logical for Vladek to have lost such items when he was defeated. It makes sense, because if he still had them, wouldn't it be harder to be defeated and because he never used them in the KotOS stories until now.
