@player: Well, I could assume that Militiregnum as a whole, even if lacking in technology, still has a lot of knowledge. (Iamos reads a lot. :P) If TheDude could turn a medieval city into something out of Ninjago Rebooted (Charcoal and Embers) then I figured they must have known about a lot of this beforehand. :P
