Knights of the Olde Speech

Board Thread:General Discussion/@comment-28549248-20170304122637

Over the time, I have noticed multiple times that some of my fellow Knights can't help but do some mistakes in their usage of Olde Speech. Since we are the Knights of the Olde Speech, I figured this didn't look so good. So, an idea came to me the other day that I could give some "lessons". Ninjago_Builders had noticed that, too, and once posted a table to explain how to use Olde Speech. However, still some people may make mistakes at times, so I decided to make something more interactive and which you don't have to look through pages and pages of archives to find.

So, you may ask what qualifies me as a good educator for the Olde Speech. Frankly, the fact that I am a (mild) perfectionist. When I first joined the KotOS, I was afraid I'd misuse archaic words, so I looked into it and I think I've learnt the basics pretty well. Still, feel free to correct me or add to what I have to say, if you think it necessary.

I intend to do a series of different lessons over here in this very thread, through which we'll progress over the basic topics of technical Olde Speech. I think the lessons will include a theory part, an exercise part and an answers part.

So, if you're not sure whether you're doing it right, join these lessons, which are entirely free, if you don't consider the overpriced fees required. If you think you've got the Olde Speech, right, you may still go through the lessons to make sure you (or I) know it well.
