Tha'd be me! It's kinda hard to explain... Lemme see if I can.
When your writing all the stuff, there's a drop down menue, which either shows "Heading" or "pharagrah". When clicked, it has various options, such as Sub-Heading 1,2,3,and 4, as well as other stuff, which I have not used... But When you use the Sub-Headings, it creates the contents. THERE! got that? :P
