What we need to do is come up with a list of villains and then designate them to heroes. For instance:
Menaya Kull: Peragrine and Stirling.

Then there's Lord Brocktree, Mikhaela (I think that's how it's spelled), Vladek, Borock (he was cloned so his cloned was destroyed in CAE, not him, that's a plothole we've covered up), and TheDude himself. And... I don't know how many other villains there are. Barney, maybe? Is he still around?
