My idea was similar to what Jonna has come up with, although with less emphasis on the blockade. :P
Kind of like FMA, everyone teams up and attacks the villain's home base (Mount Scary) and everyone fights their own battles. Someone can fight Vladek, someone can fight the evil Thingguys (if that's still a thing), someone can fight Menaya Kull. Iamos can fight the blonde dude mentioned in Ironsides because... reasons. :P
Then at the end who ever has not kicked the bucket can work together to overpower TheDude.
As for an endgame, I had various thoughts that were basically summed up in one quote:
"If we are to defeat thedude, it will not be with armies, nor with heros.... But with legends." -Mysterious Figure I have yet to write. :P But is entirely planned!Â
I have before mentioned my idea with an Ancient Dragon being aroused by Wiz Ardon's spawned (and thusly quite young-minded, but adolecent-bodied) dragon joining KoToS as an embodiment of one of many legends. Chase and co. could be considered Legends, as they have strange powers...As well as the Super Leet JDI!!! Â B) . And in that case, Many of the KOTOS could be considered legends as well, so I guess my point is... Hmm. I appear to have lost my point. :P
What we all have to remember, and why OP characters like a DRAGON and/or JDI are actually NEEDED in this story is because thedude himself is the EMBODIMENT of OP-ness. :P Moderator powers and all.... :P Â Otherwise, yeah, it doesn't matter if we were able to rouse 10,000 armies. thedude would just wave a hand from his tower, where he could see them all, and make them dissapear.
If Perry's going to be there, perhaps he and Stirling could fight Menaya together. Stirling's there as well, after all. (I think he might be on the cover.)
