Various means. Loden's parents moved to Cheinir, Daiyu's family is Aquilan but has been in Cheinir for a few generations (her black hair is most likely a Cheinise genetic attribute), Rainer moved to Cheinir himself, and Iamos and Azura's origins are a mystery. :P
