He is a super sentinel. Dark blue and black armor coloration should work. He may be deescribed in The Rhoddwr Marwolaeth, or Stromling Trilogy #3 in which I can look (edit: he's not described). I picture him wearing a visored helmet and overall looking like a Space Ranger.
