Jonna, no worries! These days, I schedule a bunch of posts months in advance and barely pay attention to my own blog. :D
Wiz, that's one of the reasons I self-publish my stories. To paraphrase Will Ferrel in the Lego movie, an editor's feedback should be a suggestion, not a requirement. Self-editing/self-proofreading can be an utter nightmare and self-marketing can be daunting, but I like having the option to publish my stories as I originally wrote them.
I'm not saying traditional publishing is necessarily a bad thing - like self-publishing, it has compelling pros and cons. If you guys choose to go that route with your writings, I wish you the best of luck!
