Well, even if Waros had intended for Brocktree to have the Bloodwrath ability in the Stromling Trilogy when he made that bio, it is still dubious that he has it, as it's never been implemented. As such, I think we should decide now whether it's canon or not.
In my opinion, it'd be the easiest path to make it non-canon.
