Interesting. I've been looking for this. And right where I'd stopped reading the Stromling Series, that's where it was. Back in the days of the old Boards when there were no bookmarks, no proper search engine and looking through the pages of a forum was a painful process, I used to mark stories I liked with posts, so that I could find them later using the appropriate filtre. This is one such post. It wasn't until later that I really read the story in its completion (even in its Trilogy completion) and discovered about the KotOS (or did I read PD first? Hmm. Not entirely sure), but that was the beginning. Touching moment. Touching indeed! :P
