I think I understand what you mean now...? (I had to read it three times, because  my brain hates dates. :P ) I never mention any times in TDD except near the beginning with Jean, who says that "Autumn will be short this year," suggesting it's near the beginning of Fall, or the ending of Summer. (which fits with what you've explained in the last paragrhaph,) So it can shift around in that.
Seeing as SA has a set date menitoned TDD, which has no specific dates, should shift up to that which does: SA.Â
As for your timeline being wrong, and how to fix it, I don't trust myself to give advice on timelines. Whatever you think is best, is probably best. :P
