I actually prefered Paint It Black. :P The X-Men song just seems to brooding and too epic for thedude. thedude isn't any sort of epic or brooding villian, but rather just a villian who does whatever his villianous mind wants. I feel like Paint it Black better encapsulates this aspect of him. I agree with fffffplayer that Paint it Black seems like too good a song for him, but then again, I think that the X-Men song is too good for him too. This is just my opinion, of course.
