I had thought that the title The Additional Manuscripts was more a classification of the stories within instead of a book, but now I realize I was probably the only one who thought that! :P Very well then, Short Stories it is if everyone agrees.[...]
Theroetically, there could at some point be a Short Story that is not an Additional Manuscript. And technically it's not a rename as the Additional Manuscripts is the title of the Book containing the Short Stories of KotOS. Additional Manuscripts is a catchy name, though! :P
