I'm not really sure what you mean by "Does not care, but is willing to care", but all in all I think she she sounds good.
And yes, as you may have realised by now, when I'm free from writing my own stories, I am busy infecting other people's stories with my ideas. Though sometimes they actually ask for it! :P
