While he never used magic on his own, he did have a magic sword in his possesion that allowed him to shoot lightning and build stuff from bricks. Will he still be in possession of that sword for KotOS? Also, he created the Vladmask himself, so even if he can't use magic on his own, he can at least create magical objects. I'm inclined to give Vladek both his sword and his magical mask building ability, both because they are Knights Kingdom canon and because they're just plain cool, but I wanted to check with you guys first.
