Ok, so, since Additional Manuscripts didn't get up, should I, or someone try to get another of those up? Or are we waiting on the Mods to maybe own up and fix it?
I've tried three times to get aÂ

Topic up... first two times had this rejection....
Please do not recreate locked topics
Then I tried to make a more "A.M." type topic, since that hadn't been LOCKED, just LOST.
