I have read the chapter and it's all interesting stuff, but at the same time very confusing (perhaps as it's meant to be; damn you Charles). The new transdimensional lore is interesting. Charles's reveal about his state is interesting, and scary. I think all throughout you could characterise this chapter as interesting. I like how you portray Rowana as someone who tries to hide her feelings so. I think it shows similarities to Aiden, or at least she's generally made to resemble him in ways. And it also feels very true to the Rowana we've seen so far (always from someone else's perspective until this story): distant and emotionless almost. Gets the job done, but doesn't get attached. I look forward to see her become more true to herself, though.
