It's after the 10 heroes and after the 3rd short. There are some identifying elements that make it apparent it is after those, but you need knowlege that is given in IRF to recognise them. But I think you've actually read sneak peeks of those parts. Nonetheless, it's not surprising something might have slipped from memory or norice.
So, it's not Maelstrom Minifigures. After all the MMs were produced by the Maelstrom, not the Rogues, although the latter did try to steal them. As for what he's actually working on, you'll see in good time.
And I'm glad you take a liking to it. I've noticed you tend to like Faction War stuff.
