It wouldn't be Welsh then. It would be some new made up language, that we would *translate* into welsh for readers. Therefore, unless someone wants to flesh that whole mess out and make a page about it, we don't need a link for the Welsh language, or a redlink.Â
TL;DR. I don't see anyone making a page about Welsh, and I didn't want to just link it to the Wikipedia entry for RL welsh, so I got rid of it altogether. :P
