Where did the intimidation part come from? I'm sure they're intimidating, but that's probably an indirect effect of their actual powers! :P
And yeah I'd say Red Mythrans are destruction-related beings, as I believe the philosophy we subscribe to with them is that the creation of the (blue) Imagination and the destruction of the "Red Force" came together to form the (purple) Maelstrom.
