Your persistence in making out the Renegades to be pink rather than red aside, I know I originally presented the Barney Bots to be a replacement for an army, but nowadays I think that Barney Bots are probably far fewer than the Rogues or the medieval-type recruits (after all the story that showed them to be so massively produced also suggested that thedude was running out of Rogues, which is also not really considered to be how things are right now). A single Barney Bot alone would probably be very well damn expensive, so building an army of them wouldn't be that practical when you can spend less to train more humans to have as efficient a force. Barney Bots seem to be more like an elite, special purpose force to me.
Concerning, their being deployed more easily, you do realise that in conquering Britay, they would already be there, right? And then even after the bigger part of the force would have left, they'd still be able to train new Rogues there (if there are any who would want to - unless they force people to becomes Rogues when not enough volunteer). And yeah a big part of the Rogue army would leave Britay for new conquests, but if Total War has taught me anything is that if you hope to keep what you conquer, you must always leave behind a portion of your army. The bulk of the defenders back in Britay would probably be of the medieval type, yes, but some Renegades would certainly be left, too, as a higher authority over the other soldiers. And if the Rogues are few, I'd argue that it'd be reasonable for the Barney Bots to be even fewer. For instance, in a city like Kingston there'd probably be a whole regiment of Renegades stationed there, but I can imaging there only being three or four Bots.
In general, I'd say that probably Medieval Type Soldiers > Rogues > Barney Bots > Red Mythrans, but with the Rogues (assisted by Mythrans and Bots) having a greater emphasis on offense and the Medieval ones (I don't call them locals, because after a point new Rogues were recruited from Milt, too) having a greater emphasis on defense.
