The stories or animations that take place in or relate to the Knights of the Old Speech universe are divided into three categories:

Stories that cannot be placed in the order

These stories should be read after Perpetual Doom, but they do not belong somewhere chronologically speaking.

AM Thematic Categories

In which the Additional Manuscripts are based on tone, time-frame and some other, probably inconsistent, criteria. They may be viewed as collections, and if the stories were to be put in print, they would be printed within these different categories (each being it's own book). Also, each category should probably have it's own cover, but whatever. I'm tired enough after sorting all of this out.
