Summary
Jirdia is a planet-world in the Jirdia system, in the Loedar orbit of the Kadrus galactic core. The planet sits in the Goldilocks zone of a main sequence dwarf star. As a protectorate of Danvaria it is heavily advanced technologically and culturally. While as such it considers itself neutral in galactic political conflicts, the industrial and logistical prowess of the world is used for the development, manufacturing, and export of weapons to powers such as the Nexus Force.
History
In the first millennium, Jirdia was one of three core worlds not colonized nor annexed by the Figorani Confederation, but in time it was absorbed by the Galactic Empire.
Development of the planet-world into the dominant industrial world it is today began in the 24th century AF, when Danvaria sent its top minds and engineers of high society to imperialize the world.
