Concerning the destrucion of the moon in the Encyclopedia, I actually took that part out after others (I don't remember who; possiblyTalmid) pointed out that Rhoddwr Marwolaeth would not be present at Militiregneum at that time. So thanks to retconning the Skyfalls still exist. :P
The moon originally specified as destroyed was the one responsible for the Skyfalls, not the other one (since when I wrote it there only was one moon. :P I like the notion of too moons better though) It showed thedude carelessly destroying one of the Militiregneum's most beautiful occurances in order to further his military strenth. It was also meant to be a bit of foreshadowing for the Rhoddwr Marwolaeth. That being said, I agree that it is lame to get rid of such a cool idea when so little has been done with it (although if we ever write about the Elephanter/pirate rebellion, it would see some appearance in that before it was destroyed).
In the end, I'll leave it up to you guys whether you think the moon should have been destroyed.
P.S. I did actually name the moon Scea in that Encyclopedia entry. Yay inconsistancy. :P
