I think I will leave the size where it is currently to avoid blurring. If you wish to make adjustments visit the page called Template:Featured Article. The simplest way would be to change the pixel number (currently 180px). Another way would be to replace the file with another one and then change the pixel number to what you like (if you think that your image editting can result into bigger, but not as blurry images).
