It does remind me of a queschon I had though. At what point did southern Elistra's technology level start advancing? Or was it already like that even before the Nexus Force & Maelstrom interference and I misunderstood something along the way? Hmm. The wiki says modern Elistra City started being built in 2940 AF, so probably the southern continent has indeed been modern for a while. But that's good, I actually prefer it this way for any potential plans I may have that you may already know of, but I do not wish to speak of in public.
