Here's the enhanced map, Harold. If you need more stuff than that, ask me. Note that this is best used as a guide to edit your map rather than the final version.

I would like to put special notice to some funny moments, though. Firstly, you butchered the Britayan Isles! :P One isle is half, while another is not there at all! :P Also, you mistook Deserted Town for Drymead -unless its addition is of your own initiation and not the result of my writing's illegibility! :P
