Rowana is the daughter of [[Aiden Talmid#Teenyweeny|Intrepid Fusion Eclipse]] and [[Kate Dekairie#Teenyweeny|Kate Dekairie]], born on 21 July 3033 in Nimbus City. After Kate's death in 3034, she was raised by Intrepid and [[Mara Mercury#Teenyweeny|Mara Mercury]] alongside [[Ben Talmid-Mercury|Ben]].
 
In the summer of 3048, Rowana interned for [[Leek Works#Teenyweeny|Leek Works]]'s [[Research Into Other Realms#Teenyweeny|Research Into Other Realms]]. Upon its completion, she joined Leek Works as a full time Transdimensional Operative.
 
In October of that year, during a recon mission to the [[Flumberfluff Dimension]], Rowana collaborated with that dimension's [[Aiden Talmid#Flumberfluff|Intrepid Fusion Eclipse]] to counter an incursion from [[Bablabla Dimension|Bablabla]].
 
At the end of that month, she was a decisive combatant in ending the [[Dimensional War]].

Rowana's stoicism and reserve is in part the result of a henceforth, for a time, emotionally detached upbringing after the Maelstrom assault on Nimbus Station that killed her mother.  Otherwise her developed character was learned through imitation of both her parents.  When her father withdrew, she persevered.
Rowana comes across as stoic in most of her appearances, rarely betraying some pragmatism.

As of 2034 / 3048 Rowana is a well-respected and high-ranking supervisory and field officer of Leek Works.  The Nimbus Station's base, and its Transdimensional Division's smooth operation is largely thanks to her.
 
Her professional involvement with the company came of her own accord, when she interned after her primary school years.  Her smarts and practical thinking were beneficial at company meetings and she was already proficient in abstract concepts.  That and being a top performer in the organization's physical and combat training exercises made her a valued member of Leek Works.
