He is smart and cunning and he has a gravelly voice.

History

As a child, Popsicle Ears was made fun of by the other children attending Morg Youth's Military Academy because his ears looked like popsicles and they would try to lick him. He has since embraced evil and the pain fuels his desire for galactic conquest and world domination.

Personality

Popsicle Ears is obsessed with power and requires everyone below him to address him by a full title. The title can be anything that respects his authoritarian status and power. He has inspired many Morg to adopt similar titles, for example Grand Corporal Spiky Helmet Sir and Grand Fleet Commander Borg Face Sir. Now is unclear who is the highest in command of the Morg Military, which is good thing for Popsicle Ears, because the last assassination attempt killed the janitor.
