Rebecca Walters

Rebecca Walters is a C.O.D Intelligence Division agent, and the wife of James Walters. She has served for fifteen years in the C.O.D, and is an inhabitant of Chanora. Her current age is 40 years old.

Career in the C.O.D

While her file says she has been in service for fifteen years, her date of joining is classified. However, it is known that she gained renown as a cold and efficient operator. Normally sent on intelligence gathering missions in her first few years, she was later given targets for sabotaging, and even assassination. Eventually, she managed to spark reform in Intelligence Division, which was straying from its original function, and attempting to reign in its leaders.

Actions During The Filoran War

During the War against Filora in 1999 AD (8160 CT), Rebecca's primary role as a young operative was to acquire intelligence form enemy field bases. During one such operation, during the occupation of the capital of the Chanoran Republic of Central States (often called the Chanoran Southern Republic), she acquired documents from a Kolhestran advanced base outlining their intent to bomb the center of the Democratic Republic of Dominio (also called the Kingdom of the Seven Kings), and when resources were drawn to the center, eliminate the understaffed outer bases. This information severely harmed the Filoran war effort, weakening their Kolhestran allies.

Family

Rebecca married James Walters when twenty one, and about one year later their daughter Sarah was born. Her brother Theodore is a field agent with COD Military division, assigned as a liaison to the Nexus Force due to past employment with the Nexus Force.

Personality

Rebecca is patient and calculating, often quite empathetic. Despite this empathy, she has the capacity to manipulate when necessary, and can be cold and merciless. COD psychologists recommend she be monitored at all times due to inability to predict intentions.

Abilities and Powers

Rebecca is quite effective in close quarters and long range combat, her weakness generally being the operation of combat vehicles. Her preferred weapons are knives and suppressed projectile weapons, for the sake of stealth and subtlety. She is adept with the use of camouflage and intelligence gathering, and should not be allowed near computer terminals without being observed carefully.
