It seemed like it was a Cyclone Kate knew better rather than one she'd just met. Also, how do the story people tell the difference?</div>Janitor Cyclone is two and 3/4 years years younger than Original Cyclone, so they look a little different. Janitor Cyclone is probably a few inches shorter. Original Cyclone may also have earned some battle scars, not to the extent that Charles has. Kate was with Cyclone just about the whole time they were in the NF together so, excluding the Cyclones, she can tell them apart the best.<br /><br />

Also when Cyclone got infected in the beginning of the story, it was by passing through an area with damaged unverse from Maelstrom operations (they may have been sending troops to take over Elistra) and there's some splintering of boundaries between dimensions going on there. That's how Intrepid and Kate got sent to the Janitor Dimension.<br />

I didn't plan for there to be another Imagination-clone of Original Cyclone out there but knowing what we know about the laws of Nexus Figure physics, I suppose there has to be one. When I make edits to the old SOTS parts to repost them, I'll be sure have Cyclone wonder if there's a clone of him and where. Where is this Imagination-clone? He's not in the story so far.<br />

If they merged Janitor Cyclone's Infection-clone with an Imagination-clone Cyclone from the Original dimension, or any other dimension, he would catch on fire and die very painfully. Since I wrote that molecules from different dimensions are oriented slightly differently and cause friction burns when they touch. This was a big thing in ''Transdimensional'' but hasn't been brought up much in this story.<br /></div>FleetCaptainT
