I have no such statistics, but it'd be interesting to make them. It'd take a lot of research, though. Maybe, when I finally attempt the Alternate Order of Reading (I was thinking of doing it on Summer; maybe challenge others to join me in the quest), I'll keep notes on that. Until then... who knows, I might do it anyway, or someone else might. If nameless people were included, though, A History Lesson would probably take the cake.
