YES, it's about time Cyclone showed up. And I don't mean Charles, the weird vigilante who hires and kidnaps impressionable and troubled adolescents. Although perhaps we will see how Cyclone, such a beloved character neglectfully cast aside for nearly three years, <s>meets his destiny</s> becomes like Charles.

Funny how the Maelstrom just sneaks up on ya like that eh?
