To use it write { { Jammers } } without spaces. {{Jammers}} will appear.

To add text to it, go back to visual editor, go to the puzzle piece and press edit. Add the text you want in the parameters field and you're all set. I think that's the easiest way to do it with no other knowledge of wikitext, but feel free to explore, if you like.
