1. Make a video, like in Windows Movie Maker, or take an existing video.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Convert it to .gif using cloudconvert.com (website) or a free software like Any Video Converter, although AVC is very annoying and difficult to use and runs really bad.Â  cloudconvert is reliable.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
